Terms
for agency pilots.

Core terms for beta access, pilot use, and recurring workflows.
Review this before onboarding your team.

Service scope

The public launch focuses on agency scripting and approvals.

  • Narraplex currently supports brief intake, draft generation, review routing, and script approval workflows.
  • Outputs are drafts and work products for human review, not autonomous publishing decisions.
  • Launch scope is Lane A rather than full production support.

Customer responsibilities

  • You remain responsible for final review, factual validation, and publishing decisions.
  • You must only upload content, references, and assets you have rights to use.
  • Off-platform approvals or feedback you log into the system should be accurate representations of the client decision.

Commercial terms

  • Pilot scope, duration, and success criteria are defined in writing.
  • Usage budgets and plan limits exist to protect reliability and cost discipline.
  • Pricing, quotas, and packaging may evolve as the beta matures, with notice where appropriate.
