Pilot form privacy

How Narraplex handles information submitted through the pilot form.

Narraplex uses the information you choose to submit to assess whether a focused agency pilot may be relevant, respond through your preferred contact method, and protect the form from abuse.

At a glance

Narraplex controls the pilot request data.

Controller
Narraplex is the data controller for this form. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@narraplex.com.
Purpose
To assess and respond to an inbound agency pilot request, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and keep the form secure.
Legal bases
Narraplex relies on its legitimate interests in assessing and responding to inbound B2B requests and in protecting the service from duplicate or abusive submissions.
Retention
Retention is purpose-based rather than fixed. Narraplex keeps the database record and any operational notification only while needed to assess or follow up on the request, prevent abuse, resolve legal or security issues, or meet legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized.
Automated decisions
None. Validation and anti-abuse checks determine whether the form can be submitted; they do not accept or reject an agency for a pilot.

Information collected

The form asks for agency, workflow, and contact details.

This includes your name, agency name, optional public agency link, country, role, approval pain point, optional workflow context, pilot timeframe, preferred contact method, and contact detail.

Fields marked Required are needed to submit and assess the request; fields marked Optional may be left blank. Do not include client-confidential material, credentials, or unrelated personal data.

Who receives it

The request is handled by Narraplex and its service providers.

Authorized Narraplex operators and the infrastructure providers used to host the website and database may process the form record to operate the service.

When operational notifications are enabled, a new request is also sent to a Narraplex-operated Telegram chat. That message contains your name, preferred contact method and contact detail, plus the agency and workflow answers submitted with the form. Telegram may process that message and states that transfers to group companies outside the EEA use European Commission standard contractual clauses.

When the Turnstile anti-abuse check is enabled, Cloudflare receives browser and network signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not receive the form entries.

Your choices and rights

You can ask Narraplex to act on your personal data.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. To exercise a right or ask for earlier deletion, email support@narraplex.com. Narraplex may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
