Plan and gather
Manage the campaign plan, owners, deadlines, resourcing, and shared client files in the tools your agency already uses.
Narraplex integrations
Keep wider campaign planning and shared client files where your team already works. Create Briefs, generate scripts, run internal and client review, manage requested changes, and record approval in Narraplex. When enabled, Notion and Google Drive bring selected planning context and client material into that focused workflow.
Narraplex is not a replacement for project planning, file storage, production, editing, scheduling, or publishing. It is the focused workspace for the script workflow between planning and production.

Narraplex
Turn a Brief, custom direction, or selected Instagram trend into scripts. Choose the working draft, review it with the team, manage client feedback and requested changes, and record approval.
Hand the approved script to the teams and tools responsible for filming, editing, scheduling, and publishing.
Notion
Map a selected Notion page or database and import a chosen item. It appears in Review items first, where the agency confirms the context before Narraplex creates a Brief.
Narraplex can return selected workflow details to mapped Notion properties. Your agency chooses which supported details to map.
You choose the Notion item mapped to the workflow. What Narraplex can access depends on the permissions granted when the connection is made. Imported content waits for agency review and does not automatically change Brand Voice.
Google Drive
Choose a supported Google Drive file, or supported files from a selected folder. They appear in Review items first; the agency confirms them before Narraplex adds them as client reference material.
Client reference material does not become Brand Voice guidance automatically. Your agency reviews and applies any guidance change separately.
You choose which item, file, or folder is mapped to the workflow. Access depends on the permissions granted when the integration is connected. Connecting external content does not automatically turn it into active Brand Voice guidance.
No. Keep wider campaign planning, owners, deadlines, and resourcing in the project tool your agency already uses. Bring only the direction needed to create and approve the script into Narraplex.
Your agency chooses the Notion item or Google Drive file or folder mapped to the workflow. Narraplex uses that selected content for the mapped workflow, subject to the permissions granted when the integration is connected.
No. Imported material waits for agency review before it becomes source material. Any proposed Brand Voice guidance is reviewed and applied in a separate agency-controlled step.
Yes. Narraplex's script generation, review, and approval workflow does not depend on a Notion or Google Drive connection.
Bring one recurring client workflow and see whether connected context, script generation, review, and approval give your team a clearer path from direction to production handoff.
