Client script approvals

Give each script one clear path to client approval.

Share the selected version through a dedicated client review link. Keep comments and requested changes with that review, and preserve which version the client approved.

An approval is only useful when the reviewed version is clear.

An approval in WhatsApp or email can leave the reviewed version, surrounding feedback, and next step unclear. Narraplex keeps the review and decision connected to the selected version.

Make requested changes actionable for the writer.

Track each requested change as Open, Addressed, or Resolved. When the agency sends a newer selected version, the previous review remains in Review history instead of appearing current.

  • Open
  • Addressed
  • Resolved

When a review is no longer current, say so plainly.

Clients review the version selected for them rather than entering the agency workspace. If that review expires or is withdrawn, Narraplex stops accepting decisions through the old link and directs the client back to the agency.

Some reviews may require a verification code. The agency can withdraw a review or send a newer selected version when the work changes.

Client approval moves the script forward. It does not replace final checks.

The agency and client remain responsible for factual, legal, compliance, production, and publishing decisions. Narraplex records the workflow decision around the script.

Client approval questions

Can a client review without joining the agency workspace?

Yes. The agency can send a dedicated review link. Depending on the review settings, the client may be asked to verify access.

What happens after a client requests changes?

The request remains connected to the reviewed version. The agency can revise the script, address the requested changes, and send a newer selected version for review.

Can the agency withdraw a review?

Yes. A client review can be withdrawn when it should no longer be used. The client should then receive the current link from the agency.
