Client review access

A focused client review experience, with the agency in control.

Agencies choose which script version is sent for client review. The client receives access to that review rather than the agency workspace, and some reviews may require a verification code.

Version · Access · Decision

Give the client only the review they need.

Keep the selected version, external access, and review actions together without giving the client access to the agency workspace.

The client reviews the version the agency selected, not an editable working draft.

Feedback and decision

Comments, requested changes, and approval remain connected to the selected review version.

Reviews can expire, be withdrawn, or be replaced when a newer selected version should become current.

The agency controls when client review starts—and when it stops.

If a review expires or is withdrawn, the old link no longer accepts a decision. The agency can select a newer version and send a current review when the work is ready.
