Client review access questions
Does a client need a Narraplex workspace account?
No. A client can use the dedicated review link without a workspace account. Some links require the recipient to verify access by email.
What happens if a review link is forwarded?
A valid link without verification may be opened by someone who receives it. Choose verification, one-time use, and a suitable lifetime when the review needs tighter access. Withdraw or replace a link sent to the wrong person.
What happens when access expires or is withdrawn?
The link can no longer be used for that review. If another decision is needed, the agency can check the current review state and provide new access.
What does a replacement link change?
The client should use the latest link and any code sent with it. An earlier link or open session may stop working after the agency issues a replacement link.
Can clients review on a mobile device?
Test the client-review experience included in your pilot on the devices your clients use. Mobile support depends on the pilot configuration.
Can a client see drafts or agency-only material?
No. The client review shows the exact, locked script version and client decision controls. It does not expose working drafts, internal Brand Voice analysis, source material, validation records, or agency-only notes.
