We verify product statements, label illustrative examples, use sources that support the claim, and change review dates only when the substance changes.

How each public claim is checked.
- Product behavior
- We check the current release and approved documentation. We state configuration, platform, format, permission, region, and pilot-scope limits when they affect availability.
- Examples and results
- We label fictional examples as illustrative. Customer material, results, and quotations require permission and an evidence record; example metrics are not presented as customer outcomes.
- External sources
- We prefer first-party documentation, regulators, standards bodies, and original research. Time-sensitive statements include an as-of or review date when that context matters.
AI assistance
An accountable human reviewer remains responsible.
AI may assist with organizing research, drafting, or editing. An accountable human reviewer remains responsible for product accuracy, source quality, confidentiality, and final wording. We do not use client-confidential information as public source material.
Corrections and updates
Update a page’s date only when the substance changes.
We update the page’s ‘last updated’ date only after a meaningful change. Minor punctuation or layout changes do not make a guide new. For material corrections, we explain what changed when that context would help the reader.
